Discounts:
My shopping cart will charge you the
retail prices. But when I process your charm order, the
following discounts apply:. These discounts apply only to
charms and findings on A2ZCharms.com:
When your pre-discount order totals $10 or more, you'll get
10% off.
When your pre-discount order totals $20 or more, you'll get
20% off.
When your pre-discount order totals $30 or more, you'll get
30% off.
If you pay by paypal, the discounts will
be handled by a refund. If you pay by credit card, I will simply
run your card for the lesser amount.
Shopping Cart:
I use one shopping cart for all my
websites. If you need beading tools or anything else, your order
will be combined on my cart to save you on shipping charges.

Ordering something not seen on my site?
If you're special ordering something not
on my site, something that we've discussed via email and you
want to use a credit card, click the button below and you can enter your credit card
info on a secure website. The shopping cart website will send me
your credit card info. I won't charge your credit card until your
order ships out. The amount charged will be the amount I quote you for
your jewelry by phone or email. But the shopping cart will show
a purchase of $.01.
Here's How to Place an Order with A2Z Charms
1. Using my shopping cart is the easiest thing to
do. Alternatively, you can send me an email to: or call me with a description of your
order or to ask any questions. Be sure to tell me both
the names and the code numbers of the charms you want. Then you can charge your
order by phone.
2. Shipping will be at least
$3.00 regardless of the amount shown on the shopping
cart. The cart merely estimates shipping. If my cart
charges you too much, I'll issue a refund by paypal or charge
you less on your credit card.
3. If you'd rather pay
by check, make your check payable to EZ Bracelet
and send it to
A2Z Charms/EZ Bracelet. You'll have to call or email me to
get my physical address. I've been targeted by the Nigerian
scammers, so I'd rather not let these thugs know where my shop
is!
Timing:
I usually can get orders out within 4 days of when they come in. If
I don't have the charms you need, I can usually get them within 7 days.
If you need charms that are not already
pictured on my website, I can get them for you but only if you
order at least 10 of each.
It's o.k. to call or e-mail me to check on the status of your
order.
Rush Orders:
If your order must go out by overnight
mail today, you must call me and use a credit card rather than
Paypal. Where you live will determine whether U.S.
overnight mail will get there overnight or in 2 days. So,
if it's going to take 2 days, I would have to use Fed Ex and
their fees vary by location.
Return Policy:
I
will gladly exchange defective items for the identical item and will reimburse you for the postage. Any other returns, i.e., other than for defective merchandise, will result in a
$5 restocking fee. There are no returns accepted for
special orders for which I have specially ordered 25 or more
pieces of an item for you.
