Here's How to Place an Order with A2Z Charms
1. The first thing to do is send an email to: or call me (608-788-8229) with a description of your
order or to ask any questions. Be sure to tell me both
the names and the code numbers of the charms you want. Then you can charge your
order by phone or charge it on PayPal by clicking below, or you
can mail a check. DO NOT SEND ANY FILE ATTACHMENTS OR
PICTURES IN YOUR E-MAIL! BE SURE TO REFERENCE YOUR E-MAIL
TO "PLACING AN ORDER" or something like that.
Sometimes people use cute smiley faces and flowers in their
emails that show up as a file attachment. I'm reluctant to open
these e-mails.
2. There is a minimum order of $10
plus shipping.
3. Add shipping and packaging which
will be 5% of your total order or a minimum of $6.25. I ship via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. If
your order weighs less than a pound, shipping will only be $6.25
rather than 5% of your total. So, it's best to ask me first what
the shipping will be before you push through a paypal payment.
4. The international metals market is
really high right now. The prices shown on this website reflect
that increase. But a lot of the charms we have on hand in my
store are still priced at the lower price. We will gladly sell
you any current stock on hand that is still marked in our store
at the old lower price. But, as new inventory comes in, it
will be priced as it is on the website. You just have to email
me or call the store to see if there are still any deals to be
had.

5. To charge your order through Pay
Pal, click on the Pay Pal icon below. If you'd rather pay
by check, make your check payable to Gossamer Wings Bead

Timing:
I usually can get orders out the same day they come in. If
I don't have the charms you need, I can usually get them within 7 days. This is why I don't use a
shopping cart. It just makes more sense if I can communicate
with you about what is and what isn't in stock. I keep a
lot of charms on hand!
If you need charms that are not already
pictured on my website, I can get them for you but only if you
order at least 10 of each.
It's o.k. to call or e-mail me to check on the status of your
order.
Rush Orders:
If your order must go out by overnight
mail today, you must call us and use a credit card rather than
Paypal. Where you live will determine whether U.S.
overnight mail will get there overnight or in 2 days. So,
if it's going to take 2 days, we would have to use Fed Ex and
their fees vary by location. 608-788-8229. My store is

PayPal is a secure web site and protects your privacy by never
providing your credit card information to even me! (Not that I'm
not to be trusted! But, well, you know how that internet stuff
can be....)
When you click on the PayPal logo above,
the PayPal website will come up. From there, you will set
up a free account with PayPal. You then have the option to pay
by credit card or you can pay via direct money deposit. After
you set up your free account, you will go to "Send
Money". Login and then make your payment. You may contact
PayPal at 1-888-221-1161 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you
have any further questions. Their web site is located at http://www.paypal.com.
Things you might want to
include in your e-mail:
- If you need to rush your order, make
sure you let me know.
- Provide your phone number so I can call
with my questions if you feel comfortable with that. I
do not share my customer info with anyone and I don't have
time to engage in spam mail. Your phone number and
email address are
strictly confidential.
- Be sure to tell me the name of the
charm AND the code number.
Wholesale:
If you wish to order wholesale,
every item you order must be in quanities of at least 3 and your order total
(before discounts) must be at least $50. Then the following
discount schedule applies: If it
totals $50 subtract 15%. If it totals $100, subtract 20%. If it totals $200, subtract
25%.
Catalog:
I do not have a printed catalog. I have a full service bead store
here in La Crosse, so if there are beads, findings or tools that
you need, just call or e-mail me. If I don't already have it, I
can get it for you. It'll be a while before I can put up a
lot of pictures of beads on the website.
Return Policy: We
will gladly exchange defective items for the identical item and
we will reimburse you for the postage. Any other returns, i.e., other than for defective merchandise, will result in a
$5 restocking fee. There are no returns accepted for
special orders for which we have specially ordered 25 or more
pieces of an item for you.
